This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish. Some of the finance setup was a bit clunky but that's not National Numbers' fault. Happy with the service. If I had a fleet of cars then I'd happily use them again for each one.... but I haven't.
