I'd used national Numbers previously 5 years ago with no issues, so when I wanted another plate, I called them. Though I had online prices for the same plate cheaper, you have to be careful as to whats been included (or not). NP managed to reduce their price slightly to match others like for like, and the info and plates came through within a couple of dates, exactly as promised.

With the post at the moment there had been a delay but Marty gave me a call explaining what the issue was in these crazy times, and that's all you can ask for. After having a chat, even though it was no fault of theirs they did all they could for me!! Couldn't ask for any more from a business than what they have done for me. Genuine transparent company.

Got phone call offering £x for plates. Accepted offer, paperwork emailed and posted. Returned docs. Phone call few days later saying money in bank. Straightforward. Job done.
Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
