After an unexpected long day of bidding National Numbers finally got it done. I?m over the moon with the service provided especially the phone call to set my mind at ease when things got a bit close to the wire. Special thanks to Eric for the personal service provided.

After taking to the internet to look at purchasing a number plate, I made the choice to use National Numbers. After looking at the reviews of other sites it was clear that this company stood out from the rest, it was a surprise how efficient the transaction was, it only took a few of days to complete also the service received was 1st class, I would recommend them 5*.

Superb service on both the sales and admin side. I would definitely recommend to all future customers. If like me you were not totally sure of the process, the friendly staff at National Numbers will guide you through all aspects. We placed our cherished number plate with National Numbers for sale. We rather forgot about it until out of the blue we received an email saying someone had expressed interest and the price seemed fair. After that the process went smoothly only delayed possibly by the fact that we live on a remote Greek Island and getting the signed paperwork back to UK can take a few days. From notification of interest to receipt of funds was less than three weeks so top marks from us for National Numbers. We spotted a few spelling errors on the forms hence we haven't given five stars. 4.75 would be our rating.

Quick and easy process.

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

Pleasant easy transaction.

Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.

Very helpful nothings to much trouble always there if you need advice
