Received a decent service and got my plate at a decent price too. Not an excellent rating as responses to e-mails at the beginning and mid point through the process were slow - at times I thought my messages had been lost in cyber space! Got there in the end. I bought my plate through national numbers, they bid for me as it had to go through a dvla auction, they was lovely to talk to on phone and quick after the auction I had my plate. So I would defiantly recommend using them.
