Superb, could not be simpler, better or more efficient, I registered my old plate with National numbers after they gave me a very good valuation and left it with them. Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.
