Initially I had a problem. The number I bought on line had already been sold. However the company worked well to sort out the problem and provide me with a refund and an alternative plate.

The team was very helpful, they contacted me promptly and checked if everything was satisfactory. I thank them for their efforts and concerns.

I was actually in Australia when the sale of my plate took place but this did no way impede the completion of my number plate, very professional and very helpful, quick and easy process from start to finish, thoroughly recommend.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! WOW This was all done amazingly quick. I completed the transaction online, then posted off my V5 received a call a couple of days later saying my V5 was received. The next thing I know, my new number plates dropped through the letterbox and then I got an email saying transfer is complete. I thought how quick was that. Thank you will deal with you again.
