Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. The process was very easy expect my bank declined the transaction until I said it was me using the card. Not sure why. So far so good, waiting for my purchase.

Superb, could not be simpler, better or more efficient, I registered my old plate with National numbers after they gave me a very good valuation and left it with them. Jill contacted me just after Christmas and asked if the plate was still available, she kindly explained there was interest in it and would I accept a figure she gave me, I agreed and said I would be more than happy, and the rest so they say is history... superb service!
