Excellent service, very professional, would have like the plate to be cheaper but still its an auction you take your chance but very pleased with the service

It would have been nice to have had the option to have a nice presentation certificate like some other companies do as it was purchased as a birthday gift

I started my enquiry online and then shortly after I had a phone call to talk me through all my options. I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on. Well ordered plate no problem but when certificate came dvla wouldnt let me put it on for some werid reason phoned these up and the man on phone was great really poilte and friendly which was nice so thanks R Thompson you made my day and Christmas as plate now on car thank you
