After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! National Numbers seem to me to have the best selection of number plates compared to every where else. Once you have found a number plate to suit you, it is then very easy to buy, transfer etc. Nice and easy. Communication is second to none, can't fault the service from start to finish.
Sales were very helpful ensuring the number I wanted was still for sale by the vendor. (Not the case with a competitor on the first cherished number I wanted). They kept me informed right the way through having explained what I needed to do and send, then what they would do and how. Administration team first class again keeping me informed and processing everything very quickly and efficiently. Recommend them to anyone.
