Explained everything as we had never purchased a number plate before, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Great service from start to finish, personalised numbers plates ordered and paid for on the Monday and arrived first post the next day. Fast track of documents through DVLA dealt with quickly and efficiently. Not overly expensive all in all a very good service. Thank you to Nationalnumbers for their no hassle service. David Hedges
