The seemed much more "user friendly" and the transfer was completed without fuss and the cheque arrived in very short order. Just easy to do business with. Fast, reliable and friendly. If there is something you are not happy about, just call or email them and they will help you out - for example, I did not want to send off the original copy of my log book while purchasing a new plate, we agreed a scanned copy of the front of it would be fine and that was that, 5 minute call, no hassle. Made an offer on a Sunday, agreed the deal on the Tuesday, new plates arrived on the Friday and new log book arrive the following Thursday. Easy.
Simple, quick and easy. Job done. The only slight negative is I felt I had to chase them a couple of times to be kept informed of progress. Overall however worked well and got the plate I wanted.
