I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

I sold my registration with National Numbers, it all went through with out a hitch and everything was clearly explained, I can't fault the service they provided to me, friendly, easy to contact, no high pressure sales, just good advice, I have no reservations about recommend them, truly 5 out of 5. Quick and easy service, but not keen on the pushing of extra services. But, I suppose every company these days tried to screw every last penny out of you.

Really helpful guy on phone.The whole process was quick and easy. They sent the new log book out before I'd sent them the old one. New number plates recieved in four days. Would definitely use National Numbers again. Thanks guys.

very easy process to follow all aspects of the transfer offered. I took the offer for national Numbers to do all the paperwork etc. and make the new plates. All I had to do was inform my insures. All this was done in a matter of days. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a personal reg. Very professional service they kept me informed through out the process.
