I recently completed a purchase of a personalised number plate. National Numbers were the only organisation to offer me the option of the plate I wanted. They told me the upfront cost and the time it would take to get it. Everything went according to plan and I can't thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could be and for allowing me to get the plate I always wanted. For some time I had been looking for a personal plate for our son's wheelchair adapted car. Sadly, his degree of physical disability means he will never be able to drive himself, but at least with his initials on the registration plate he would feel that he "owned" his car. Finally, I found the perfect plate on Nationalnumbers website and they took care of everything - including attending to the necessary application to retain my personal plate that was already on the vehicle. That was above and beyond the call of duty! Everything was done in a caring and efficient manner and our son still has a broad grin on his face every time he sees his car!

I had my plate listed with National Numbers for several years, but once a bid came in, they handled it efficiently and professionally, with the money paid into my bank account.

Brilliant service. Very very good customer service team on the phones when you ring up they tell you exactly what you need to know. Hitachi finance company national numbers use is very flexible and you can change payment date etc. No problems either with them. Both are excellent.

NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. As no one had come forward I thought I would use it, so I had, only a few months ago, put this on a vehicle. Nevertheless I was happy to sell at the price I had asked a year ago. So from that point of agreement to sell, it was straight forward. As stated within 2-3 weeks, timing reliant on the DVLA turning round the paperwork (and the DVLA being busy around 1st March with new registrations I guess) and issuing the replacement V5c, I have now received payment and I am a satisfied customer!

Easy to use service - with really intuitive site.

Incredible service. I registered a private plate out of curiosity to see what it was worth, 3 weeks later I had £600. Super easy to sell, just fill out 1 form, post it back to National Numbers and they transfer the money. Wish I could sell one every week!!
