Beccy who I dealt with REALLY WAS absolutely FANTASTIC. I spoke to Beccy from the outset and explained everything. Beccy remembered me and dealt with me until I?d received the number plate I wanted. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT recommend National Numbers and more importantly Beccy highly enough.
After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.

I have just sold my registration through National Numbers, this is the first time I have dealt with selling a registration and I can confirm the service provided by National Numbers was excellent. The process was simple with clear instructions provided. The process was quick, it took just over a week from initial contact to receiving payment, I was also kept up to date with the progress of the transaction on a regular basis.

I bought a plate and am in the process of selling my original plate through National Numbers. They make the whole process very straightforward and quick; they may not necessarily be the cheapest (I saw my purchased plate advertised for a lower amount elsewhere) but are by far the most customer centric company to do business with - hence why I chose to buy the plate from them.
