This is the second private registration I've bought from National Numbers and wouldn't go anywhere else. Though the purchases were a couple of years apart, their speed, price and customer service has not waned. They are still an absolutely first class outfit and a DVLA registered supplier, with excellent finance options if you need to spread the cost. However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.
Just got off the phone to the boss, Eric, and he has said he would do his best to source a number plate for me for my partners 30th Birthday. After a month of searching other sites and speaking to other customer service representatives etc. Eric was definitely the most helpful.

I cannot thank all the staff at National Numbers enough for their extreme help and professionalism in helping me get my own special number after all these years. The company represented me this week at the auctions and rang me during the live bid to advise me throughout the bidding. Thankfully after their guidance they secured my plate for me against a lot of competition. I cannot thank Jill enough for her help during the live bid. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a number plate as they give you honest advice as they are an established company who look after their customers from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Thankfully I was lucky to pick an outstanding company but be warned there are a lot of companies that will not give you the expert service or honesty that this company delivers.
