A very easy service to use, all elements explained accurately including the processes involved in assigning your plate to your vehicle. The interest free credit option is a great idea, what's not to like?

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was kept up to date at every stage and it was a very quick process from start to finish. All i did was send off my log book and everything else was handled buy the team. Can not praise their service enough that why they get 5 stars.

I received a call form Craig at National numbers asking me if I wanted to sell a plate I had given up three years prior. I thought at first it was a scam but to their credit once i got my plate back from DVLA and sent the retention to them within 2 weeks the money was in my account. Happy Days !!!! Great service from start to finish, personalised numbers plates ordered and paid for on the Monday and arrived first post the next day. This company advertised my Number at no cost to me and after a few months sold it at a price I was happy with. The process, once a potential buyer was found was friendly, smooth and efficient. The staff were helpful and paperwork & payment were received promptly. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars, is that their initial valuation was unrealistically high (over twice what I agreed to sell for) which is a rather misleading way to get sellers on their books. Having compared similar plates on the internet, I believe I've been paid a fair market value for my plate and am very happy with their service.

My experience from start to finish was smooth and any questions that I had when I phoned they could answer. In fact, it only took 1 week from buying to putting on the car. Service was exceptional and I would recommend this company to anyone.

The end result was good, but I would have preferred a little more ongoing information with regard to the stage the transaction was at rather than me having to contact them. Other than that the whole process went without a hitch and the documentation sent out was very comprehensive.
