My local VW dealer messed up the registration of my new car details and sent the V5 form to National Numbers. Well I found this a really relaxed experience. Basically I found the registration I liked, sent them a email showing interest, they rang me back the next day, fully explained the process & cost and that was it!! My new plates arrived within a couple of days having been offered various choices of design...

On Fiday 26 April chose a registration number, paid the payment easily and paperwork came in the post the following Wednesday. Excellent easy service.
