Very pleased and impressed with National Numbers service. I was purchasing a cherished plate. Dealt with Lenny and Dan in the sales team who were very responsive, always made themselves available and both kept me posted on progress of the transaction. Good service a bit long winded but due to time of year i think

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
