Wow there's me thinking it was going to be a drama getting a private plate, HOW WRONG WAS I, it was so easy just found national numbers put in what I wanted it found me a list took me to seconds to find my plate, I paid and 2days later my plates were at my house and a day later the documents turn up with full instructions to how to go about registering plate to my van, but if you struggle there is an option to pay a small fee and they will do it for you!! I was looking for a particular numer plate which i found out had never been assigned to a vehicle and therefore had to be released by means of the DVLA auction. I first contacted the well known company 'reg transfers' who quoted me a final price of just under 5 grand (inc all taxes and taxes on taxes!, transfer fees etc). I then contacted National Numbers who managed to secure it at auction for me at (final all inc price) just under 1.5 grand!!!! Go figure. Don't go anywhere else until you've spoken to these guys first. I spoke to Phil who was very helpful. Highly recommended by a satisfied and grateful (for saving me money) customer!
