An extremely good service which I don?t think could be improved. From the very first contact the service was brilliant with number plates arriving within two days! Paperwork followed within a week!
We had forgotten about my mother-in-law's personalised number plate which we put on retention over 18 months ago. National Numbers got in touch to ask if we still had it and wanted to sell it. They were helpful from the start and after sending off our documentation late on Monday, we were kept informed through e-mail and we had the agreed sum of money in our account on Thursday. All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.
I sold my private reg, the whole process was efficient and I was kept informed at all times. I was abroad at the time but all post was sent out to me quickly and the process was a lot smoother than I expected. We have just sold 3 properties and we're dreading the additional hassle of selling the plate but it went without any hitches. I would definitely recommend National Numbers.
