The e mail I was sent indicated I would receive mail with a return envelope to return the log book for current registered car, however I received e mail few days later stating I could attach a photo of log book, which I then did and progressed my purchase. New log book received few days later.

We were kept informed by telephone of the status of the sale, and as promised the money was paid in to our bank account on completion.
