I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.

The process was simple with clear instructions provided. The process was quick, it took just over a week from initial contact to receiving payment, I was also kept up to date with the progress of the transaction on a regular basis.

Fantastic service from Phil and his colleagues. Still can?t quite get over how quickly it all went through! The number plate itself is a beautiful stroke of serendipity- a special tribute to my Mum - a mix of my birthday day and her name. Could not be happier with the plate and the customer service from National Numbers.
