Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. I was initially concerned about getting a personalised number plate as I knew I wanted one but had absolutely no idea about the process. From start to finish, staff couldn't have been more helpful - from negotiating the price on my chosen plate and submitting all of the paperwork for me through to sending me my new plates - everything was taken care of. This is the second private registration I've bought from National Numbers and wouldn't go anywhere else. Though the purchases were a couple of years apart, their speed, price and customer service has not waned.
