We purchased a cherished plate after seeing it advertised with no bother and basically all has gone through with no hitches and we have the certificate of entitlement ready to use when we buy the next truck.

National Numbers are local to me and have been great when dealing with my requests. I would recommend them to anyone and give them the big thumbs up. However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

This company advertised my Number at no cost to me and after a few months sold it at a price I was happy with. The process, once a potential buyer was found was friendly, smooth and efficient. The staff were helpful and paperwork & payment were received promptly. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars, is that their initial valuation was unrealistically high (over twice what I agreed to sell for) which is a rather misleading way to get sellers on their books. Having compared similar plates on the internet, I believe I've been paid a fair market value for my plate and am very happy with their service.

After looking for a while for a number I came across National Numbers website and within a short time was able to order the registration of my choice. The website was easy to use and I took out the 12 months interest free option to spread the cost out for my purchase. I then received my new plates in a few days and all admin was taken care of for me. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would recommend National Numbers to others again.
