Wonderful service. The DVLA took a long time for the wheels of government to grind away but National Numbers handled everything they possibly could, they even made the plates themselves up for me. They quite correctly reassured me about what appeared at first to be a big mistake by the DVLA saying the plate I had bought could not never be transferred from my ageing but rocket propelled luxurious two ton Supercharged Daimler (like the one which used to be driven personally by the Queen) onto any future replacement.
We recently purchased 5 new registration numbers at a significant cost. However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.
