Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

From the time when I first went on their website, through to the completion of the deal, there were no hiccups what-so-ever. The selection of numbers process is clear and easy to use. The prices are very competitive; the explanations and instructions are clear and concise, and the choices are numerous and I mean numerous! The plates are excellent in design and quality, and they arrived within a few days of the transaction. Great company to deal with and I will recommend them without reservation.

I was initially concerned about getting a personalised number plate as I knew I wanted one but had absolutely no idea about the process. Having read the really good reviews for this site, I decided to buy through them. From start to finish, staff couldn't have been more helpful - from negotiating the price on my chosen plate and submitting all of the paperwork for me through to sending me my new plates - everything was taken care of. I spoke to Martin in first instance and he was very honest and straight forward with my purchase, when I paid the deposit. Secondly I also spoke to Stewart as Martin was busy and he to was very honest and I paid the balance of the monies for my purchase. The team members are very good as to what they do, and tells you exactly what you are paying for. Thank you all to the team.
