This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

From the very first call and chat to National Numbers, I have been continuously impressed by their honesty and integrity in the way that they work following me enquiring about a specific old registration number that I was VERY interested in to complete my Mad Max motorcycle film Replica project.
