Well ordered plate no problem but when certificate came dvla wouldnt let me put it on for some werid reason phoned these up and the man on phone was great really poilte and friendly which was nice so thanks R Thompson you made my day and Christmas as plate now on car thank you

Fantastic service from Phil and his colleagues. Still can?t quite get over how quickly it all went through! The number plate itself is a beautiful stroke of serendipity- a special tribute to my Mum - a mix of my birthday day and her name. Very good and very easy to have you go through step by step the only thing I would say is there?s no option to say no to the number plates which cost me £50 pounds when I could have get them for about £10 pounds so other then that not bad would have been 5 stars

Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
