When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

Superb service on both the sales and admin side. I would definitely recommend to all future customers. If like me you were not totally sure of the process, the friendly staff at National Numbers will guide you through all aspects. I had the added problem that I was buying the reg but not collecting my new to me but pre owned car for another couple of days. Gwen at new reg steered me through that and made it really easy for me. Paperwork, documents etc, everything sorted in a couple of days. Thanks John :-)

The staff were very pleasant to talk to and generally my change of number plate was well handled and processed. One slight hitch occurred when my registration form did not go the right person and this delayed the issue of my new number and plate by about a week. When the hitch was sorted out things then moved very quickly. Overall quite satisfied with the service.
