It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.

From start to finish, staff couldn't have been more helpful - from negotiating the price on my chosen plate and submitting all of the paperwork for me through to sending me my new plates - everything was taken care of.
