Good communication from NATIONAL numbers but had a delay from DVLA!

Great quick and easy process

Really amazing experience from National Numbers. Very reliable and helpful team. The website was very user friendly and provided the best numbers available you desire for. Even though I didn't get the original number I wanted, It provided me with so many choices I selected the closest one. Well worth the money and finance option is also available at 0%. Right from the start to end, I was kept informed by the team and the process only took a week for me. Now I am ready to put my new plate on my car. Thanks National Numbers for all the help. Great service and deffo recommend to all.

It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. They did everything for me in super fast time.

My purchase of personalised plates was so straightforward which I wasn't expecting. Dealt with Paul on ext 195 who was very helpful. Would recommend. Thanks

Excellent customer service

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

From choosing the plate to fitting it to my car took only a few days. Every step of the way was straight forward and emails kept me informed of progress. I would recommend anybody thinking of private plates to do it this way, it was so easy and it didn't break the bank. I am so pleased with my new number Thanks.
