Excellent service - received retention certificate for a number plate within three days x Stuart was great and also offered to help once I received the relevant documents

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

No Problems First number I have transferred for several years and the process has improved significantly. Mostly done on-line and plenty of phone calls to update me when documents were received and on the progress of the transfer. Cannot fault, highly recommended.

National Numbers were simply great. They contacted me having found the exact number I was searching for on behalf of my mum and having explained that my mum had a limited budget they lowered their initial price so that she could afford it, which she did. Brilliant.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Easy service to use

Straightforward process, call handler was efficient and knowledgeable. Plates came quickly and although there was a little error they replaced within 48 hours. Very impressed and would use again.
