Spot on good support all sorted for you, (including insurance advice which I completely forgot about!)

Simple, quick and easy. Job done. The only slight negative is I felt I had to chase them a couple of times to be kept informed of progress. Overall however worked well and got the plate I wanted.

Bought a cherished plate for my daughter and - without sounding rude - was taken aback at how honest, straightforward and given the complete service (good old customer service) would definitely recommend and would use again.

Was really worried about doing it, as it was a gift incase it went wrong. But it was easy, and everything confirmed straight away. 10 out of 10.

I spoke to Martin in first instance and he was very honest and straight forward with my purchase, when I paid the deposit. Secondly I also spoke to Stewart as Martin was busy and he to was very honest and I paid the balance of the monies for my purchase. The team members are very good as to what they do, and tells you exactly what you are paying for. Thank you all to the team.

3rd time using National Numbers and service as good as ever

Only a few niggles prevents a 5* rating. Certainly, National Numbers have a good website with a great selection, often cheaper than other dealers, and handle every contact with a nice mixture of friendliness and business-like competence. Those niggles: none of the estimates on timings - be that clearing funds, sorting paperwork, managing DVLA were accurate. A little more on-going feedback/updating would have eased all that though; so a thought there for their future.

In my opinion I find this company to be professional, efficient and expedient. Front-line staff and support staff always helpful. Special mention and thanks to Debby McCabe for being very helpful.
