This company are fantastic. I chose my registration with ease on line. Called them to discuss the way to purchase it was given 2 options to pay. The staffected member Micheal was extremely helpful. He sorted everything out. From purchase transfer and plate.

Great service from start to finish, personalised numbers plates ordered and paid for on the Monday and arrived first post the next day. I registered with them to sell my cherished number. 18 months later I got the call to say they had a buyer. I didn't think it was going to sell to be honest as I had zero contact with them during this time. The process went quickly and the cash was in bank within a few days. Good work !!

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.

All made very easy by the helpful staff.
