Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. When I checked what I needed to do to sell my number plate I decided it was far too much hassle and decided against it.
