However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

I've been trough every site for the cheapest number plate but once I get to the final payment the price goes up but thanks to the guys in national numbers they manage to do a price match and beat dvla also sending me the number plates definitely recommendable to everyone once again thanks to the sales team excellent and friendly customer service . The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.
