A worthwhile and helpful service, providing all the leg-work in obtaining my new plate, and representing me at the DVLA auction. Improvements could perhaps be a better focus on communications (I received several requests for the same information, despite having sent it at least twice), and perhaps some better explanation on what to expect during the auction day, including auction terminology for those of us inexperienced at auctions! Overall however, a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

I can honestly say selling my number plate was so so easy with National Numbers, it took under a week to sell it and the money was into my account. They sent me everything with clear instructions on what to do when it came to selling my plate, and the money hit my account with no issues. Very happy with the service.

Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.

Good service all happened as it should, only down side was I ordered plates through them and the rear was the wrong size.
