Initally my request for a number plate was overseen and not put into a DVLA auction. Three months later the plate was won @ the DVLA auction as promised. The whole experience was smooth and uneventful and meant that I won the desired number plate for less than half the price it was offered to me by the rival company REG TRANSFERS....! Service was good but when finance had not been completed, no one called me to advise and after 4 weeks realised that the order had not been processed. Apart from that the service was swift and efficient.

I received 5 star service from Phil and my mark would have reflected that once he took over my request, prior to that I had spoken to someone who failed to call me back which is very frustrating so my review is 5 stars for Phil and 4 stars overall.

Excellent service from start to finish!! I was looking for a plate for my sons 18th birthday during covid-19 and a bank holiday!! I thought it would be a nightmare but nope I couldn?t of been further from the truth. I completed online and the certificate came within a few working days! So it?s safe to say I had an extremely happy son on the morning of his birthday.
