A quick, easy, and efficient transaction. The transfer was explained in detail by phone, delivery of the plates was very quick, and the form-filling was smooth and trouble free.

Contacted by Phil at NN with regards to selling my wife's number plate. I wasn't happy about first price and held out for what I considered a fair price. Phil negotiated top price with a full return. Good work by NN on my behalf. Will use again to sell my plate.

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.

Stuart was really helpful, interested and upbeat. I had no idea what I was doing but he guarded me through the process. He was clear and informative and offered follow up assistance and after sales service.

I found National Numbers via an internet search and am so glad I did. I got the number I wanted at a reasonable price, but it didn't end there. I asked how long it would be likely to take to get sorted as I am going to Germany in a couple of weeks. They pulled out all the stops AND sorted out the right number plates for my ageing S-Type.
