Very impressed with the service. Very smooth process and helpful customer service staff.

I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.

Throughout the whole process they kept me updated on what is happening. Regtransfer tried making me pay £3000 on a mark which they got for me for £1600. Just wanted to thank Chantelle, Phil and Jill for excellent support.

When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I contacted the site twice by email with no response to try and sort out this mistake and then someone phoned me and sorted it all out within a few minutes.

National Numbers have been brilliant to deal with and I would recommend them very highly, the team helped my every step of the way when I was selling my number so thank you...
