The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. Sales were very helpful ensuring the number I wanted was still for sale by the vendor. (Not the case with a competitor on the first cherished number I wanted). They kept me informed right the way through having explained what I needed to do and send, then what they would do and how.
