So calm and polite on the phone it made the transaction pleasant. You did not feel you were just a number.

In a transaction where buyer/seller and intermediary never meet TRUST is an essential ingredient, and from the outset I felt confident that my sale was being professionally handled, and whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening and where we were in the process. Great result and pleased with outcome. My only criticism is that the admin telephone number seems to be permanently 'very busy', but response on the sales line was quick and helpful. JR Warwickshire

Easy transaction from start to finish

This is the second time I have used National Numbers and just like the first time the team were excellent. A special thanks to Dan who dealt with me on both occasions and was superb. From start to finish National Numbers were just great. I had no experience in this kind of thing and they were able to advise and support me in getting the number plate I really wanted. Their prompt replies made life easy too. I highly recommend!

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

I am delighted with the communications from national number.co.uk, their customer service is 100%. My plates arrived with next day service and national numbers kept their word. I would highly recommend this Company and in the future I would not even look elsewhere. The people i have dealt with have been totally professional.
