It is the first time that I have used such a service but, coincidentally two colleagues of mine were also buying private plates from different companies. Their experiences were far different to mine. They both had documents lost and are still ongoing. I began my process With National numbers much later and mine concluded very quickly. Couldn't have asked for better. Started with a phone call to verify I was still wanting to sell my plate, then a verbal offer whi ch when accepted was followed by an email offer and paperwork. 2 Forms to fill out and post along with the retention certificate. Sum agreed was deposited in my bank account 9 days later. Can't fault the service - very easy and very happy with the price the plate achieved. National Numbers gave us a professional and efficient service.
