As soon as Ryan received it he forwarded it on to me by tracked delivery so I could sort it out. I also bought my reg mark from them, very quick & professional. Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.

Very good and quick service I was unsure of exactly how it worked when you bought a private registration, but when I called to ask, they were very helpful, and explained it easily. No pressure was given to buy immediately, and the man was polite and pleasant to talk to. I wish I could remember his name!!

This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
