Once interest had been shown by a potential buyer, the procedure was finalised within days. Communication was key. My sincere thanks to Lenny and Gwen. Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.
