I was so frustrated to find so called cheaper companies added on charges on the last page once you had spent time with the online order. I hate this practice so it was so good to deal with honest people who kept me in the loop either by phone or e-mail every step of the way. I sold a plate recently and it was hassle free. The plate was listed for quite some time but I didn't opt for enhanced listing etc so can't complain. I bought the very same plate from them 12 years ago and that was hassle free.
