3rd time using National Numbers and service as good as ever

Having never been in a position to own a personalised registration, I was looking for advice and guidance on the whole process. Dan was brilliant. Polite, patient and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. From beginning to end, Dan ensured that the whole process was smooth and seamless. Great communication. All went well especially as I was a complete novice. The only comment I would make is that a little more communication to keep me informed of progress would have been nice. I would use them again and I would recommend them.
