Brilliant service. Very very good customer service team on the phones when you ring up they tell you exactly what you need to know. Hitachi finance company national numbers use is very flexible and you can change payment date etc. No problems either with them. Both are excellent.

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?

I am awaiting the sale of several other plates and feel assured these will be handled in the same efficient manner. Valuation was 25% of what the private reg was worth. I did receive a call the next day from an agent who fully apologised for the low estimate as the computer did not recognise the number. The estimate was then changed to a more realistic price. Fast reply and very professional.
