I had problems with my V5 and they were very quick in getting in touch regarding this. Every time I e-mailed them with a query they were very quick in getting back to me. Overall would use them again. Only gave 4 stars as I had to contact DVLA myself a couple of times regarding the V5.

On Fiday 26 April chose a registration number, paid the payment easily and paperwork came in the post the following Wednesday. Excellent easy service.

I purchased a number plate so quickly and Dealt with Mr, Phil McCarthy in the sales team who was very responsive, always made themselves available and kept me posted on progress of the transaction. Absolutely first class service from a top company who I?ve used years ago and again just recently. The chap who dealt with me was Phil & I have to say he couldn?t be more helpful if he tried and left me with nothing to do which was great, I?ll certainly be using this company again.

I had completely forgotten about registering my request with Nationalnumbers as it had been some years ago, so when they contacted me I was quite suspicious and not quite sure if it was all a con. Anyway, I went along cautiously and I have to say the staff were at all times extremely helpful and reassuring and the whole process was managed by them very smoothly and professionally. I now have my new plates which I am very happy with and I would unreservedly recommend Nationalnumbers based on the service I received.

National Numbers offered me the best price for my cherished plate. As soon as a customer offer was received it was dealt with extremely efficiently and the entire process was negotiated and concluded within a few days. I was extremely happy with the speed and ease of the entire process. Would definitely be my first choice to use again.
