Have just ordered a new number plate by phone and Jill at National Numbers was extremely friendly and helpful and does all the work for you which is great.

It all seems to have gone well, I have not used it as yet so can only say the paperwork arrived quickly.

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

A simple and straight forward procedure.paperwork arrived on time, still waiting for the plates.

Promptly dealt with and happy all round.
